25 schools set up in isolated mountain areas of Lahaul and Spiti district, including design of a locally relevant curriculum, and adult education in local language. Training locals and govt to provide health services to 4,000 people. Eco-tourism and indigenous crafts centres support local economy, and 6 Music & Dance troupes and Rural Museums are revitalising local culture.
